Currently an independent consultant to civil society organizations in the fields of decentralization and governance, Chaima Bouhlelhad previously taken part of Barr Al Aman's team, in September 2017, as director of programs, and co-host of a weekly show on the National Radio, that focuses on evaluating public policy since 2016.
Chaima was previously a member of Albawsala's team since 2014, when she joined to launch and lead Marsad Baladia, an observatory that monitors municipalities across the country. She was elected as president of Al Bawsala in October 2016, and continued to lead the organization until August 2017.
Prior to joining the Albawsala team, Chaima worked in the micro finance sector, and in building the capacity of journalists in post-revolutionary Tunisia.
Chaima obtained her B.A. in Molecular and Cellular Biology, with a secondary degree in Government, from Harvard University.

Naouel BEN ZINA holds an engineering degree diploma from the “Ecole Polytechnique de Tunisie”. During her 19 years of experience, mostly within multinational companies in Information Technology field, she has taken different positions including Project Management roles eg. Project, Program, Portfolio Manager and Head of PMO & Quality System. She has an extensive experience in managing large and complex programs, leading cross functional teams based in Europe and North Africa.
Naouel is PMP® certified since 2011. She joined the PMI Tunisia chapter as a volunteer during the launch event organization in 2017. She was appointed VP Communications on June 2017and then elected Chapter President on January 2019

Few years ago, Dr. Ramla decided to go back to Tunisia to co-found MASS Analytics and become its CEO. MASS Analytics is now among the most promising startups in Tunisia as it works on Marketing Effectiveness Measurement using Machine Learning and Artificial Intelligence techniques. MASS Analytics is now selling its end-to-end Marketing Mix Modelling software to over 18 big brands worldwide.

Tahirou Assane Oumarou has over 15 years of experience in leadership roles, civil engineering, strategy, transformation, and project management. As Director of Operations of the Brightline Initiative, Tahirou oversees the activities under the three benefit pillars of thought and practice leadership, networking, and capability building. From 2013 to 2017, Tahirou worked as the deputy director of infrastructure andproject management group in the United Nations Office for Project Services supporting the successful implementation of peacebuilding, humanitarian, and development projects around the world. Prior to the United Nations, Tahirou was a senior project manager with the Ministry of Transportation in Ontario where he provided technical capabilities and expertise to ensure excellence in the delivery of complex highway projects with multi-disciplinary teams.

As of August 2019 I am the Vice President and Chief Scientist for Disciplined Agile at Project Management Institute. I have written several books, articles, and white papers. I co-created with Mark Lines Disciplined Agile (DA), led the development of both the Agile Modeling and Agile Data methods, and led the development of the Enterprise Unified Process (EUP) (TM). I am a speaker at a wide variety of conferences world wide and am often asked to deliver conference keynote speeches as well as give internal presentations at organizations.

I tweet my thoughts and observations about software development and write columns and/or articles for several publications. I maintain, and am active on, several mailing lists and my PMI Disciplined Agile Applied blog. The PMI Disciplined Agile (DA) tool kit I am the co-creator of the Disciplined Agile (DA) tool kit with Mark Lines. Mark and I are both Vice Presidents at PMI where he is responsible overall for the DA offering and I am the Chief Scientist leading its development. The goal of the DA tool kit is to provide a foundation for business agility across your organization
I am the practice leader behind the Agile Modeling methodology. The AM method was first proposed in 2001 and the first full version was captured in the Agile Modeling book based on the input of several hundred people in method workshops and via the web. I am the author of the books Agile Modeling, Agile Database Techniques, and The Object Primer 3/e all of which describe AM in detail. The book The Elements of UML 2.0 Style summarized AM too. Agile Modeling techniques are an important part of the DA toolkit.
I have helped clients adopt evolutionary and/or agile techniques for doing data-oriented activities. I've written about these techniques in the Jolt Productivity award winning books Refactoring Databases and Agile Database Techniques as well as in Disciplined Agile Delivery and The Object Primer 3/e. Agile Data techniques are an important part of the DA toolkit.

Dr. Amel Karboul is a social entrepreneur, chairwoman, author and politician. Amine Kerkeni is the head of engineering at InstaDeep, where he leads two research projects applying the latest advancements in natural language processing (NLP). He leads software engineering teams in various industries, including semiconductor, consumer electronics, and investment. Amine’s areas of expertise include computer vision, predictive analytics, NLP, and combinatorial optimizations. He holds a master’s of engineering in computer science and a master’s of business administration.
