Chaima BouhlelConsultant to civil society organizations in the fields of decentralization and governance

Currently an independent consultant to civil society organizations in the fields of decentralization and governance, Chaima Bouhlelhad previously taken part of Barr Al Aman's team, in September 2017, as director of programs, and co-host of a weekly show on the National Radio, that focuses on evaluating public policy since 2016.
Chaima was previously a member of Albawsala's team since 2014, when she joined to launch and lead Marsad Baladia, an observatory that monitors municipalities across the country. She was elected as president of Al Bawsala in October 2016, and continued to lead the organization until August 2017.
Prior to joining the Albawsala team, Chaima worked in the micro finance sector, and in building the capacity of journalists in post-revolutionary Tunisia.
Chaima obtained her B.A. in Molecular and Cellular Biology, with a secondary degree in Government, from Harvard University.

Naouel BEN ZINA holds an engineering degree diploma from the “Ecole Polytechnique de Tunisie”. During her 19 years of experience, mostly within multinational companies in Information Technology field, she has taken different positions including Project Management roles eg. Project, Program, Portfolio Manager and Head of PMO & Quality System. She has an extensive experience in managing large and complex programs, leading cross functional teams based in Europe and North Africa.
Naouel is PMP® certified since 2011. She joined the PMI Tunisia chapter as a volunteer during the launch event organization in 2017. She was appointed VP Communications on June 2017and then elected Chapter President on January 2019
