Chaima BouhlelConsultant to civil society organizations in the fields of decentralization and governance

Currently an independent consultant to civil society organizations in the fields of decentralization and governance, Chaima Bouhlelhad previously taken part of Barr Al Aman’s team, in September 2017, as director of programs, and co-host of a weekly show on the National Radio, that focuses on evaluating public policy since 2016.
Chaima was previously a member of Albawsala’s team since 2014, when she joined to launch and lead Marsad Baladia, an observatory that monitors municipalities across the country. She was elected as president of Al Bawsala in October 2016, and continued to lead the organization until August 2017.
Prior to joining the Albawsala team, Chaima worked in the micro finance sector, and in building the capacity of journalists in post-revolutionary Tunisia.
Chaima obtained her B.A. in Molecular and Cellular Biology, with a secondary degree in Government, from Harvard University.

Radhi MeddebChairman of COMETE Group

Graduated as an Engineer from the “Ecole” Polytechnique and the Ecole Nationale Supérieure des Mines (Paris). He is the founder and currently the Chairman of COMETE Group, established in Tunisia, Algeria,
Mauritania, Morocco, Cote d’Ivoire, Libya and Cameroon and active in the fields of engineering and consulting, mainly in the Maghreb and African sub-Saharan countries.
He chairs the Board of Centre Financier aux Entrepreneurs, a Micro Finance Institution. He is member of the board of several institutions in Tunisia, among them Carte Assurances, TPR.
He acted as a board member of the Tunisian National Statistics Council and the Tunisian Central
Bank. He acted also as Chairman of BTK bank in Tunisia, BPCE Group (France) as well as of the Board of IPEMED-Paris (2010-2015), whose objective is to bring together the two shores of the Mediterranean via economy.
He founded in 2011 and chairs, an NGO: “Action et Développement Solidaire” which aim is to identify and promote an economic and social development scheme for Tunisia, based on the values of inclusion, openness and sustainability.
He published, October 2011, a book: ”Ensemble, Construisons la Tunisie de demain: Modernité,
Solidarité et Performance”. He coordinated, in 2017, the writing of a book: Tunisie, Hommes et
Patrimoines and published in 2018 : Le désenchantement du jasmin.

Radhi MeddebChairman of COMETE Group

Few years ago, Dr. Ramla decided to go back to Tunisia to co-found MASS Analytics and become its CEO. MASS Analytics is now selling its end-to-end Marketing Mix Modelling software to over 18 big brands worldwide.
